Site Plan

The exterior elevations showcase modern elements with a nod to mid-century designers featured throughout the community. Some of the eye-catching details included are clerestory windows, intricate woven iron gates and cantilevered shade structures and carport cover. The Riv pool architecture was inspired by, and is an homage to, the Mies van der Rohe Barcelona Pavilion. It features a 50’lap pool and spa along with an outdoor fireplace inspired by designer Phillipe Starck.
